Who we are

Technoflex Solutions ("Technoflex", "we", "us") is an independent, client-facing service provider for managed Meta agency ad account access. This policy explains how we handle information through this website, its application and quote forms, the AI onboarding planner and related enquiries. This policy covers our handling of your information, not the independent practices of Meta, account suppliers or other third-party services. See our terms of service and disclaimer for the nature and limits of our services.

What we collect

• Details you submit in our application or quote form: business name, your name, email, WhatsApp number, country, website, optional Business Manager ID, industry, spend range, account count, campaign locations, prior restriction history and any notes.
• Your consent choices, including whether you opted in to marketing updates.
• Your application reference and information exchanged while reviewing your enquiry.
• Business descriptions, advertising goals, campaign setup and optional spend information you enter into the AI onboarding planner.
• Basic technical data needed to operate and secure the website.

We never request Facebook passwords, access tokens or two-factor codes. Do not submit these, payment credentials, sensitive personal information or personal data about your customers in forms, the planner or messages.

How we use it

• To review eligibility, prepare quotes and contact you about your application.
• Where relevant to your request, to share necessary business details with authorised third-party account suppliers for their own review.
• To send marketing updates only if you opted in; you can withdraw at any time.
• To generate the onboarding guidance you request through the AI planner.
• To meet legal, accounting and security obligations.

Legal basis and consent

Depending on the activity and the law that applies, we process information with your consent, to respond to your request before entering into an agreement, to perform an agreed service, to meet legal obligations or for legitimate operational and security purposes where permitted. Applicable privacy rights may arise under Indian data protection law and, where relevant, the EU or UK GDPR.

Required application consent and optional marketing consent are separate. You do not need to opt in to marketing to request access or a quote. Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to continue a request that depends on it, but does not invalidate prior lawful processing.

Who may receive information

Access to application records is limited to authorised Technoflex staff. Where necessary for your request, relevant business information may be shared with authorised third-party account suppliers for eligibility and availability review. We also use service providers for website hosting, secure data storage and AI processing. Information may be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect against fraud or misuse.

Third-party suppliers and advertising platforms may process information under their own policies. We do not ask you to grant us access by sharing account credentials; approved accounts are linked through standard business permissions.

AI onboarding planner

When you request a plan, your planner inputs are sent through Lovable AI Gateway to an AI model to generate a response. The website does not save generated plans as application records. This does not mean that no technical logs or service-provider processing occurs; hosting and AI providers may handle request data under their own terms and policies.

Use general business information rather than confidential or personally identifying details. A generated plan is guidance, not an eligibility decision, quote or guarantee.

Retention

We keep application records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise them.

The period depends on whether an enquiry becomes an engagement, outstanding requests, legal and accounting requirements and security needs. We do not state a single retention period for every record.

Cookies, browser storage and technical data

The website and its service providers may use cookies or browser storage where needed for site operation, staff sign-in and security. Requests also involve technical information such as browser details, network addresses and error or request logs. Your browser settings can control cookies and storage, but blocking essential storage may affect sign-in or other functions.

International processing

Hosting, AI services, suppliers and advertising platforms may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable law requires safeguards for transfers, those requirements apply to the relevant processing. Third-party services have their own privacy terms; this policy does not replace them.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Email techflexsolutions@yahoo.com, preferably with your application reference, to make a request or raise a privacy concern. Do not include passwords or tokens.

We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal data. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or resolving disputes. We respond as required by applicable law, and you may raise a complaint with the relevant authority where that right applies.

Security

Application records are stored in a secured database with access limited to authorised Technoflex staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Third-party platforms

Meta, Facebook and Instagram are operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., which processes data under its own policies. Technoflex is not affiliated with Meta.

Links to the client portal, WhatsApp, Telegram and other external services take you to separately operated services. Review their privacy terms before providing information. This policy does not describe or replace their policies.
